New measurements...YAYY

ok so I've stalled on my weight loss but I've switched up so I know once my TOM is gone my weight loss should continue smoothly. Moving on! I've lost inches!!! So I'm going to post my before measurements and my after!

Before:

Neck:17
Arms: 17
Natural waist: 36
Belly: 45
Hips: 50
Thighs: 31

After:

Neck: 16
Arms: 16
Natural waist: 35
Belly: 44
Hips: 49
Thighs: 30.5

So that's 5.5 inches! Yay!! I have a looooong way to go but this is a really good  start.

Forever and a day!

ok so I've really been slacking on both my diet and my writing. but I've decided to just start over. I'm currently 244 lbs that's 48 lbs lost!!!!!!!! so I'm starting from here a new diet a new exercise routine because this one isn't working anymore. I'm hoping to be in the low 230's by the end of May but that might not work at the rate I'm currently losing. Oh well wish me luck.

Plateaus, Stand-stills, & the never moving scale.

Ok so I need to switch up my diet, grrr so frustrating because my scale is going crazy (ok it's driving me crazy haha). I've deciding to slow down on the exercise and fix my diet completely then go back to working out. Exercising has always been very easy for me. I can do it for hours as long as I have my music I won't get tired. The problem I have is food. I can count calories but I keep forgetting that I need to watch sodium, carbs, and other weight sabotaging things in yummy foods. I eat a lot of fruits & veggies ( mom forced them on us as children now I love them). I just have to start eating healthier meats for dinner and lunch. So me and my bestie (iggy!) are going to load me up on some lean meats and we will see what happens then.

After I regulate (hehe) my diet I will then start exercising again.

Slacking off.....

Eeek I haven't posted in a zillion years! ok maybe not a zillion but its been a long time. I'm gonna try to post something twice a week. Anyways! I've lost about 48 lbs all together and I'm am beyond proud of myself. I never thought that I could lose this much on my own. Now all I need to do is figure out how to keep on going.

Just setting in.

OK so I've lost about 28 lbs and I just now realized today that I'm actually losing weight! I know I know you're probably thinking "she's crazy" but I've never tried to lose weight so since I'm finally losing I'm only paying attention to the pounds and the overall goal. I was looking at myself today in the mirror and I realized that I look slimmer, I mean I'm still fat lol but I look like a slimmer fat person. Well I'm soooooo close to my 30 lb goal then I can finally cross that goal out and move on to a new goal.

My TOM….Ugh!

OK so, I ‘ve been working really hard lately trying to reach my goals and today I stepped on the scale and it said 273! I was shocked because just yesterday I was 267. I didn’t let it get me down though, I just decided to work harder this week so I go and eat breakfast then I do my workout. when I finished my workout I found out it was my TOM. So I put two and two together and ding ding ding!! I gained 6 lbs because of my TOM. smh At first I was pissed then I just realized that the weight always goes away by the end of the week. I will do my best to stay on plan this week.
