Ok so I need to switch up my diet, grrr so frustrating because my scale is going crazy (ok it's driving me crazy haha). I've deciding to slow down on the exercise and fix my diet completely then go back to working out. Exercising has always been very easy for me. I can do it for hours as long as I have my music I won't get tired. The problem I have is food. I can count calories but I keep forgetting that I need to watch sodium, carbs, and other weight sabotaging things in yummy foods. I eat a lot of fruits & veggies ( mom forced them on us as children now I love them). I just have to start eating healthier meats for dinner and lunch. So me and my bestie (iggy!) are going to load me up on some lean meats and we will see what happens then.
After I regulate (hehe) my diet I will then start exercising again.
